OPG has recently acquired the 22 acre former Polymer Latex/John Corbett Salt works located in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. We intend to plan a mixed use scheme consisting of residential and commercial, while incorporating the John Corbett walk along the canal towpath.

The site has an important historical past with it having been the location of Europe's largest salt works, owned by industrialist John Corbett "the salt king", since then the site has been used for the production of Latex. 

The site will require a large amount of remediation due to its industrial past.

We anticipate submitting a planning application in the latter part of 2012.
